You are never too old, too stiff, too heavy, too injured, or too tired to begin Yoga.

Yoga teaches you self-awareness. When you become aware of your body, breath, and the experience of being... you find yourself naturally nurturing your body, choosing healthy foods, and living a more mindful lifestyle. Change is gradual but long lasting.

Beginning a yoga practice can be challenging, both mentally and physically. Therefore, it is important to start at an appropriate level and slowly work yourself up to the next level. Let me guide you to a yoga experience where personalized attention to your individual concerns and needs are addressed in a relaxed atmosphere. You will learn about Asana (postures), Pranayama (Breath), Mindfulness and Relaxation. The use of props (i.e. chairs, blocks, belts, bolster and blankets) ensures that each student -- regardless of age or ability -- achieves the maximum benefit from each pose, while avoiding injury.
